Manchester United fans have been rejoicing on social media site Twitter this afternoon after their team beat Fulham 0-3 in the Premier League lunchtime kick-off.
The Red Devils achieved another three points under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer through a Paul Pogba double and strike from fellow Frenchman Antony Martial. These goals fired the Manchester club to a tenth win in 11 since the arrival of the Norwegian boss.
The victory was also significant in moving the 20-time English top-flight champions into the top-four for the first time since the start of the season under Jose Mourinho. Moving above Chelsea by a single point ahead of their trip to current league leaders and United’s bitter rivals Manchester City, tomorrow.
Meanwhile, a fourth loss in five for the Cottagers saw them remain in 19th place and seven points from safety ahead of the 3pm kick-offs.
But it was delight for the Man United supporters and here’s a selection of their most joyful reaction Tweets…
Jose Mourinho said it would be a “miracle” for #MUFC to get in to the top four this season. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has performed this miracle in seven weeks…
