Peru scored the first goal when Sergio Pena scored a goal in the 17th minute, making it 1-0.
Straight after the break, Miguel Angel Borja scored and equalised for Colombia.
1-2 came through an own-goal in the 64th minute, which was the final result.
Peru are in third place after the game, while Colombia are in second.
Colombia play Brazil away on Thursday. Peru will face Ecuador away on Wednesday.
