In the last matchday, we saw some goals galore in the top leagues in Europe. It was a Super Sunday in Football as four classic matches happened. In Spain, Barcelona lost to Real Madrid for two goals. In England, Liverpool thrashed Manchester United at Old Trafford. In France, Marseille vs PSG ended in a draw and in Italy, Juventus grabbed one point with the late penalty from Dybala against Inter Milan. Chelsea scored seven goals against Norwich. Goalkeeper: Alisson

The Brazilian was crucial in the match against Manchester United at Old Trafford. The vital save to stop Greenwood’s attempt was a decisive one, as it would have changed the match’s momentum. He kept another clean sheet in the Premier League with three saves against the Red Devils.

Defenders:  Tino Livramento, William Saliba, Ibrahima Konate and Ben Chilwell

The 18-year-old English right back Livramento is having a breakthrough season with Southampton. In the last six matches, he kept three clean sheets and scored a goal and assisted one.

Willam Saliba was the key for Marseille in marking the three main attackers of PSG. He had a passing accuracy of 96% and had 83% duel success. 

Ibrahima Konate is slowly settling into a new phase in his career. With Van Dijk, the duo was well settled against United. He will be Klopp’s first-choice centre back if he can perform well in big matches.

Ben Chilwell is celebrating his return in the best manner. He scored a goal in the mighty win against Norwich City.

Midfielders: Phil Foden, Mason Mount, Jude Bellingham

Foden was key to the win against Brighton with two goals and one assist. The scintillating performance of the youngster is a joy to watch.

Mason Mount had one of the best performances as a Chelsea player. In the absence of Lukaku and Werner, he stood up and scored a hattrick against Norwich.

Jude Bellingham was the star of the match for Dortmund after scoring a wonder goal against Arminia Bielefeld. A solo goal which again showed the potential of the teenager.

Attackers: Rafael Leao, Luis Suarez, Mohamed Salah

Rafael Leao scored the opening goal in the thriller match against Bologna in Serie A. His pace and physicality was a major headache for the Bologna defenders.

Luis Suarez again saved Atletico Madrid from another loss after scoring a brace against Real Sociedad. He grabbed one point for his team.

Salah is the star player of this week. His hat-trick against United proved why he is the best player in the world right now. He has scored 15 goals this season.
