West-Ham-Crystal-Palace-Premier-League-Manuel-Pellegrini-Twitter

West Ham United fans have been reacting on the social media site Twitter this afternoon to another mixed performance under Manuel Pellegrini in his first season at London Stadium.

The Jekyll and Hyde display came in today’s 1-1 London derby Premier League draw away to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The Hammers were excellent and dominant in the first half, going into half-time one to the good after captain Mark Noble’s penalty. After Michail Antonio was fouled in the penalty area by Eagles goalkeeper Vicente Guaita in the 27th minute.

However, a different away side came out after the break as they were put under pressure by Roy Hodgson’s men, led by Wilfried Zaha on his return from suspension, searching for an equaliser.

It came with 14 minutes of normal time to play in south London with Zaha benefitting from an Issa Diop deflection as his close-range effort beat Lukasz Fabianski and buried into the roof of the net. It would finish 1-1. Check out some Hammers’ reactive Tweets below…
